REGISTRATION & PLAN SUBMITTAL REGISTRATION OF PROJECT
Registration
1. Self Registration may be completed online at TDLR http://www.tdlr.texas.gov/ab/ab.htm
2. Or submit the AB Project Registration form found at http://www.tdlr.state.tx.us/ab/forms/ab005.pdf and send to info@1aers.com with an advance filing fee payment of $175.00
PLAN REVIEW
1. Send a completed set of plans to info@1aers.com
2. All sealed plans must include a Proof of Submission form. http://www.tdlr.state.tx.us/ab/forms/AB042.pdf
3. If the owner designates all alternative representatives to represent him then an Owner Agent Form must included with plans. http://www.tdlr.state.tx.us/ab/forms/AB043.pdfd
INSPECTIONS
1. Submit a Request for Inspection http://www.tdlr.state.tx.us/ab/forms/AB041.pdf The request for Inspection form must be submitted within 30 days of project completion.
(The project must be inspected within one year of completion or must be turned over to TDLR for enforcement.)
Fill out the form and email it to info@1aers.com
2. After Inspection is completed an Inspection Report will be sent noting violations that must be completed within 270 days.
